Shen Jai High School (Chinese: 怡保深斋中学) is a Chinese Independent High School in Ipoh, Perak.

Shen Jai High School was established in 1959. The original location was in Jalan Bendahara, next to the Perak Hakka Association building.
In 2001, the new location near Jalan Gopeng was completed and started operating. The original location was later used as Shen Jai School of Commerce.
In 2017, a new school hall was completed.
